Marfa Open Art Festival and Marfa Open AiR are open to everyone. There are no hard and fast requirements for your project and we’re not concerned with what stage of your career you are in. Marfa Open is about innovation and fostering the creativity of all types of artists making all types of art.

If you’d like to be involved with Marfa Open, we’d love to hear from you. If you’d like to host a workshop or have an idea for an event at Marfa Open House, we’d love to hear about that, too.

Include as much information as you feel comfortable sharing. The more information we have, the easier it is for us to respond. We'll never share your info with anyone else outside of our core team.

We review and respond to every submission we receive. We’re all artists and volunteer our time to do this work and sometimes it might take us some time to get back to you. If you have sent a proposal and have yet to hear back from us, please let us know. You can always send a text or give us a call too. It gets hectic from time to time, and we are only human.
